WHY do we teach?

Our core drive and value is to help students find meaning in what they are being taught.

By helping students find meaning in what they are being taught, hopefully they see the true impact that education and a teacher can have on lives.

We also have a strong drive to make a difference in the field of education by making ourselves stand out (positively) in any way possible so that we can show people of all colors that teaching can be for them as well as help those in the field improve their perception of people that are different from them.

Help students be academically comfortable with themselves as developing scholars.

Make learning fun and engaging through interactive work.

To meet students where they are at so that we can help them grow and develop new skills.
